Hello and welcome! I have an fun new card today featuring dies from the I-Crafter November release! This fun fold Rocker card is a blast to make, and the standalone dies included in it are perfect for the seasonal crafter!
I started by cutting the base out of an evergreen colored cardstock—this is a heavier one, which will hold up well while displaying the card. Then I went through my scrap paper and found the plaid paper to coordinate. I new my Cardinal bird was going to be red, so I kept that in mind while pulling my papers together.
The die cuts all came together really easily. The bird is a breeze to piece together, and teh embossed details that the dies create are the perfect touch with or without coloring! I did layer 3 of the branches together for stability since I had it over hanging off the edge. The step fold on teh side adds a lot to the card. I placed a few poinsettias there but you could easily create a mini scene. Dimension is easy to achieve as you add elements to each step!
The rest of the release is amazing as well, be sure to check out the I-Crafter website, or the blog too today to see the rest of the design team’s beautiful projects!
