Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Week 3 new release celebration

Welcome everyone!! The party continues today for Crackerbox and Suzy Stamps as they roll out even MORE new releases!! For my card today I totally was feeling the snarky vibe from my retro-coffee-drinking gal!! This new stamp is called Lady With Coffee and she is so fun!! I paired her up with the super fun snarky sentiment called Strangers. I know my best friends sure know I am CRAZY!! My background I kept simple with some stenciled ink blending. I used leftover pink and yellow oxide mixes on my blending brushes to create the softer blended background. I really wanted a muted background with still a bit of color because I knew I wanted to stamp the image and sentiment in solid black for a bold CAS look. I finished off the card by adding some striped washi tape across the top and bottom of my card base, and then trimming the card down to 3.75×5.5 before mounting it to the card base with some liquid adhesive.
