Donut you LOVE shaped cards?

Hello and welcome to day one of another fabulous new product release week over at The Rabbit Hole Designs! The design team has been busy creating and we are super excited to share with all of you! Today we are featuring the new stamp set titled More Than Donuts. The set has an adorable squirrel and some fantastic sentiments! Perfect for your favorite donut-loving Valentine!

I couldn’t resist making a donut shaped card to go with my donut loving squirrel, and every donut needs sprinkles! I used some basic circle dies to make my donut shape, and then glued my squirrel to the edge of it, keeping the card roughly A2-sized in measurements so it is a cinch to mail! The donut base was ink blended with Rusty hinge oxide ink and my squirrel was colored using my Zig real brush markers, and I added glossy accent to the lenses of his glasses.

The sentiment strip was stamped and then matted with black cardstock and adhered with foam tape to the squirrel. I used the glossy accents to adhere all the different sprinkles to the card and the squirrel’s donut as well. Easy peasy! Do you like making shaped cards?
